In a food processor, combine 0.5 cup of plain yogurt, 3 stalks of chopped green onions, 0.25 cup of fresh mint leaves, 1 small green chili (such as jalapeño or serrano), 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and the juice of 0.5 lemon. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with an additional 0.5 teaspoon of salt to taste.
