A flavorful and spicy Hyderabadi-style chicken burger recipe, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
Add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic and sauté.
Add 1/2 medium size chopped onion and 1 chopped green chili and sauté.
Add 180 gms of chopped chicken leg boneless with fat and cook.
Add 0.5 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, and 0.5 tsp black pepper. Mix well.
Add 2 tsp green chili sauce and 100 ml water. Stir and cook on slow fire until chicken is cooked through.
Add 1 tsp coriander powder and 0.5 tsp kasoori methi (optional). Mix well.
Squeeze in 1 lemon and add 2 tsp fresh chopped coriander. Mix well.
Cut 2 burger buns in half.
Brush the cut sides of the burger buns with 2 tsp butter and grill them on a grill pan until golden brown.
Spread 2 tsp tomato ketchup on the bottom half of the bun.
Add 2 tsp mayo on top of the ketchup.
Place the cooked chicken mixture on the bun.
Add 1 onion slice on top of the chicken.
Drizzle with more mayo and tomato ketchup.
Place the top half of the bun and serve with potato chips.
