In a pressure cooker, add 1 kg of mutton chops, 2 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, and 300 ml of water. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Cover and steam cook for 10 minutes, then cook until the water has completely dried.
In a separate bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing 1/2 cup of yogurt, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of crushed coriander, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of garam masala, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp of yellow food color.
Add the boiled chops to the marinade, coat them thoroughly, and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan, add the marinated chops, and cover and cook each side on low flame for 3 minutes.
