This recipe shows how to make the best extra cheesy garlic bread with a homemade garlic butter, perfect for a delicious snack or appetizer.

To make the garlic butter, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a small pan and add 20 garlic cloves. Fry until the garlic turns golden brown.
Transfer the fried garlic and oil to a mixer grinder. Add 100 grams of butter, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes. Blend the mixture until it forms a coarse paste, not a fine one.
Take 4 pieces of fresh pav (or bread slices) and carefully cut them horizontally through the middle.
Generously spread the prepared garlic butter mixture over the cut surfaces of the pav/bread for an extra garlicky flavor.
Sprinkle a generous amount of 150 grams of diced mozzarella cheese over the garlic butter layer for a beautiful cheese pull.
Place the prepared garlic bread into an air fryer. Air fry until the cheese is completely melted and has beautiful golden spots on top.
Once air-fried, drizzle 1 tablespoon of chilli oil over the cheesy garlic bread (this is optional but adds great flavor). Garnish with 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped coriander.
Slice the cheesy garlic bread into desired strips or pieces and serve immediately.
