A flavorful and spicy chicken liver fry, perfect as a side dish for traditional Indian meals like Dal, Sambar, Rasam, and Pulav.

Turn on the stove and place a pan on it.
Add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan and let it heat up.
Add 4 cloves and a small piece of cinnamon stick to the hot oil.
Add 1 finely chopped large onion and 3 finely chopped green chilies to the pan.
Add 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric powder to the onions and chilies.
Mix well and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
Add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste and mix well, cooking until the raw smell disappears.
Now add 750 grams of cleaned chicken liver pieces to the pan.
Stir again to coat the liver with the spices and cook until the liver pieces are soft and cooked through.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of red chili powder.
Add 0.5 teaspoon of cumin powder and 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
Mix all the spices thoroughly with the liver and cook for a few more minutes until the gravy thickens.
Squeeze the juice from 0.5 lemon over the liver fry.
Add 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala.
Garnish with 2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander leaves.
Turn off the flame and mix everything well before serving.
