In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of harissa, 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined to form the marinade.
Add 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs to the bowl with the prepared marinade. Use your hands or tongs to thoroughly coat each piece of chicken, ensuring they are well covered. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or for best results, cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
